The founder discovered there was a need within residential and commercial applications for stronger understanding of the changes taking place within the HVAC/R industry.
As the HVAC/R industry moved toward more environmentally friendly and energy efficient systems, the systems themselves became increasingly more complex and required very similar knowledge. In the early years the founder worked for companies that manufactured the very HVAC/R controls, and found this experience was a good fit for this service industry. Thus Mayflower HVAC/R was born.
Mayflower’s area of focus is to provide low cost off hour preventative maintenance services to ensure your system(s) run efficiently and when needed, to reduce the possibility of a costly emergency repair. I simple burner clean-out/ system review can pay for itself in as short as one month of operation.
Additionally a simple evaluation of your Refrigeration or A/C system can avoid the costly repair of a system that has developed a leak, and is not running as it should. If the refrigeration or A/C system is allowed to operate outside normal pressure/temperature range it will increase unnecessary wear on the system, as well as increased utility costs.
